The Gallatin City-County Health Department will be holding the following special clinics throughout the summer to encourage parents to bring their children/adolescents to get their needed immunizations prior to school schedule pickup.
June 2nd 3:30 p.m. – 5:40 p.m.
June 9th 3:30 p.m. – 5:40 p.m.
June 16th 3:30 p.m. – 5:40 p.m.
June 23rd 3:30 p.m. – 5:40 p.m.
July 7th 3:30 p.m. – 5:40 p.m.
July 21st 3:30 p.m. – 5:40 p.m.
July 28th 3:30 p.m. – 5:40 p.m.
August 4th 3:30 p.m. – 5:40 p.m.
August 11th 3:30 p.m. – 5:40 p.m.
Week of August 18th – 9am-12pm and 1pm-3pm Mon -Thurs
Saturday – August 16th 9:00 a.m. – 11:00 a.m.
Please bring child’s shots record to appointment.
Please bring your insurance card. Children with no insurance, or whose insurance does not pay for vaccines, qualify for vaccinations under the Vaccines for Children Program.
