Other Job Seeker Suggestions

Check your local newspaper employment section for job postings. For example, the Bozeman Chronicle posts their job postings here: http://www.bozemandailychronicle.com/jobs/.

Join LinkedIn. LinkedIn.com lets you build a profile (basically, an online resume) and connect to friends, family, co-workers, other connections. LinkedIn sends email alerts for job postings based on your experience. Employers can also recruit potential employees by searching for key words that may match words within your profile.

If there is a company for which you are interested in working, regularly check their website for job postings that may not have been posted to job search engines yet. If they have a Facebook or Twitter page, it never hurts to follow those as well. Many employers will put job postings on their social media pages.
