The Gallatin City-County Health Department has programs that are designed to support you, your baby, and your family throughout the pregnancy stages and beyond.

From the Healthy Gallatin Home Visiting to WIC nutrition program, we offer services to support individuals and families and make them stronger. And if one of our programs doesn’t serve a particular need, we are here to help put you in contact with those local organizations that can.
